Free Service Call?
There is nothing free in this life.
Yes there are companies offering a free service call. But a service call may not include labor or travel time. Thus rendering the (free) service call a lie to say the least. If a service company lies to get to come to you. how well will they treat you once they have you locked into paying them for doing the work they have done?
Also, how do you know that the components they state are bad, are actually bad. Maybe a dishonest service company replaces parts that really are not bad, to make up for the fee they are not collecting up front. To stay in business a company has to be honest. But it also has to make a profit. If they do not charge a service call, how can they stay in business? I say, it is by deception.
